this phone is awesome! use modo player and it plays everything DivX xvid avi mpg4 and mp4 . doesn't freeze up with heavy video load, replaced the sd card with 32 GB card since i don't use music mauve comes pre loaded with Pandora and free WiFi next door . camera is great , not alot of bloat ware, only con is headphone jack broke after 1 month of use . and u have to shut down when u lose internet to get it back

I have had this phone for months now no problems with the phone I have used I phones and other smart phone that have more issues than this phone no issue herw I love it

This phone died on me, the phone later on heated up when I tried charging it. The flash light blinks but doesnt seem to turn on. I had this phone in very good condition. I dont know why this happened out of nowhere .

I would not recommend this phone to anyone. I bought it in March and it will not charge or turn on. Cellphone repair shops wont touch the phone

My phone stopped working after 2 months. No one knows what happen. The phone was never dropped. The phone was replaced with another one. If this one doesn't last I will be shopping for a different phone.

I've had had this phone for the longest, No problems, browser is fast, Great camera, For people with the issues, You better have insurance ;)

I dont likemy mercury,it was fine the way it was then i updated it,and it changed to that stupid muve music, if i wanted a muve music, i would have bought one, now cricket says theres nothing they can do about it, and once you update it,you cant take that update off. that, and i cant send videos at all, this phone sucks.

Neither method would reset the phone back to factory, nor would it delete anything
He ended up having to take the phone back and have it replaced.
