Huawei Mate 10 trio of videos released

Huawei introduced three new phones yesterday in Munich - the Huawei Mate 10, the Huawei Mate 10 Pro and the Huawei Mate 10 Porsche Design. All three phones come with dual cameras with a f/1.6 aperture on both lenses and the Kirin 970 chipset that Huawei markets as the “First Kirin AI chipset”.

A day after the announcement, Huawei Mobile posted three promo videos, highliting the key features of the Mate 10 series.

The first video emphasizes on the 4,000 mAh battery, coupled with the new chipset. Through fancy graphics and strong beats, Huawei also explains about the “ultimate photography” that is the dual f/1.6 aperture camera. The video ends with the slogan of the Mate 10 series - “This is not a smartphone, this is an intelligent machine”.

The second video also relies on upbeat music and futuristic visuals. It goes into further detail about specs, including the SUMMILUX-H lens of the dual camera with Leica branding. The Kirin 970 is called AI chipset, and Huawei promises "intelligent performance up to 18 months".

The SuperCharge function is also showcased, along with the new AI scene & object recognition. Of course, there’s a mention of the FullView 18:9 display, the IP67 water and dust resistance with an appendix that this applies only to the Mate 10 Pro. The video ends with the unique personalization of with the different-colored band around the camera setup.

The third video explains more about the partnership between Huawei and Porsche Design. Both companies got the inspiration from the design of the German cars and placed some catchphrases on top like “ultimate performance” and “ultimate design”. The build is compared with hot lava with the color related to graphite. “Performance driven by AI” slogan ends the video of the Huawei Mate 10 Porsche Design.

Some cool-looking & cool-sounding ads....

Well, to say something just regarding the three promo videos, they are really powerful. Or in other words, basically I like them.
