Just sold my mate 40 pro, after one week of use. It has amazing performance and top camera setup. Only lack of Google services made me sell it. Petal/huawei app store is not so bad as expected, more and more apps are there, but most of them are trying connect with Google play :)))
Tried to get use to with gspace, use opera browser, but still it not the same like with built in GSM services.
Had issue with some banking apps, sometime it worked some time not...NFC did not worked.
..and not receiving notifications got me sell it only for 700euros.
Just today got myself a galaxy s21ultra. Amazing phone. It's so satisfaction to use Google services :)
Camera also top notch.
Still missing old days with bricket size mate20x :)

I am so sad hearing HUAWEI won't release MATE 50 PRO due to short of chipset. I've broken my MATE 30 Pro and I hope to buy the new MATE 50 PRO. since it won't release, should I buy MATE 40 PRO? Or P50 PRO when it will launch soon? Or should I consider Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra?

Trust me the more storage you can later on compensate with Nano SD card,
whereas the top notch quality for Mate 40 Pro over P40Pro + you cannot compensate.
Mate 40 Pro is far more superior in every aspect.
You decide.

Hi Guys, need a little help. I'm torn between the Mate 40 pro and the P40 pro+.
I'm leaning towards the P40 pro+ because of the more flexible camera hardware and 512 GB storage. But the Mate 40 pro has a lot going for it like stereo speakers, faster charging, and faster chipset. I'm just not a fan of extreme edge curves. Having said that, I think I prefer better handling and camera hardware over than other features. Should I go for the Mate 40 pro instead?

I'm currently not convinced of any camera of any phone so I nothing against Huawei in particular. Because Huawei updated to the latest software version (EMUI 11), I was not able to try the old method to install Google Service. When I tried to sell it here in the Gulf, I have very little attention from people to buy the device so I ended up losing 30% of its value within less than a month.
to all folks, I know there are people who are happy with their Huwaie devices, that's ok but some people are attacking others just because of the expression of their opinion. I access GSMarena because I want to learn about the user's experience for a certain device and instead I see 70% of the comments of people fighting each other and bashing each other. The rules are very simple for the forum, if a person has experience regarding the phone, then he/she can put it otherwise no need to turn it into a battle yard.

The photos are the best that you can get, or there is something wrong with your eyes, go and check them my advice.
And your waiting for p50 now,
