They want to create a perfect top brand image in the industry as Samsung had done before. Then they will focus perfectly on the developing markets like India. That is a brave and powerful strategy. But also a bit risky strategy. Can they be able to do what Samsung did before? This is really interesting and remains to be seen in near future.

I know, iPhone 7 and s7 comparison shows that s7 and iPhone 7 both are equally fast. But mate 9 is of another level performance, in point by point, it won from both s7 and i7 by double margin. Also tests revealed that s7.and i7 get gradually slow down in performance with time passes, like in some months. But mate 9 is first phone which guarantees that it will get 8 percent faster by using it over long time. Although, practically, no one will be able to notice any difference between these beasts but as time passes, one can observe, that mate 9 becomes faster while others slow down. That is an important difference between this and others. Right? What is your opinion?

Im seeing their Honor phone still sharing place with Oppo and Samsung. Can you believe I found Huawei P9 and Honor 8 in a Samsung store?! Their display counter is place at a secluded corner inside the store. I guess nobody cares. Average people arent phone geeks. Its all about business.

Btw, im not an iphone user but i do use benchmark as guide to get an idea of how fast a phone is. Real life test? Yes, seen a lot of it on youtube. There are so many videos but there are no consistency. For example, S7 edge vs iphone 7plus test. One video shows s7edge faster amd another video shows 7plus faster. There are many video showing s7edge faster. And there are also many video showing iphone7plus faster. See what i meant. There is no consistency in this so-called 'real life test'.

Only a real tough test can explore the actual capability of the processor. Mate 9 is insanely faster than other smartphones like s7, iPhone 7.

Real world test is everything, even my honor 8 blowed away my friends 3 Months old s7 edge, even though both have almost same apps in our phones. Default apps launched faster on s7 but third-party apps launched way faster on honor 8. S7 edge is faster in benchmark, but falls short of honor 8 in real test. Same with the story for iPhone 7

sd card option is not true..there is a dual sim version but the socket reads only sim card not sd card

oh no bro, xiomi mi note 2 and vivo xplay 6 are not amount the greatest phone. not amount the best 5 not even the best 8 or 10. so mate 9 can not be in competition with them. mate 9 is beating all the greats in many areas. is the camera that is not certain to top all in some areas of photography but it's among the very very best in the market as at now.

Wow Haroon, you are really lucky, where did you buy your Mate 9? This phone is virtually beating all the greats like Huawei P9, Honor 8, S7 and S7 edge, Google Pixil and Pixil Plus, One Plus 3 and One plus 3T and even almighty iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 plus in fastness. Indeed it is also the phone that could stay cool the best even in heaviest use. It can conduct the lowest heat than all other phones in heavy usages. I love this technology. This is a fact. How I wish to get one before. X'mas.

Wow, Sweden you are getting your share of the hot cake. Born fast stay fast. Indeed this phone is the fastest phone in terms of apps openings and multi tasking. One Plus 3 was very fast and was beating all the great like S7 and S7 edge, P9, LG G5 and the rest. One Plus 3T came just recently with snapdragon 821 to beat all including the One plus 3. Now Mate 9 has also come to beat the One Plus 3T. So Mate 9 is the new King in Speed and fastest fingerprint. Huawei you have done a great job.
