Got the non matte screen version, with 12gb ram & 256 Hd. But boy , it feels like it's 1gb ram. It freezes at times even doing the most basic of tasks with only an app or 2 running. Lack of Google services is a total pain in the a*****se. I got the global version from China ,but I upgraded to harmony os next5 on initial set up . Now I am stuck with the app gallery and. A good number of apps being in Chinese and giving responses in Chinese. There is no way around it as the harmony next is sorely a Chinese rom fr now. PLS AVIOD BY ALL MEANS. All the reviewed praising it mostly got free tabs from Huawei for review. The screen and battery life are the only good thing about it. Even trying to install android apps to work on it is very frustrating as most apps wouldn't run or can't be installed on it.

V fo V, 16 Aug 2025Can I download Microsoft office yes you can download as long as you a microsoft account and avail them their services. what i did is i bought an account in facebook for only 5 dollars and now i have an account for lifetime.

I've been using MatePad 11.5 S for months now and I'm disappointed. It's not 'great tablet without android' as a lot of people think, including myself in the past. It's unstable, low-quality tablet built by company that doesn't care about European customer at all at all. I've got all kinds of problems - tablet powers off just because it sat idle, it ignores charging limit set manually to 80%, it just goes to 100%.., OS (in 2023) got stuck on HarmonyOS 4.2. It was big mistake to invest. Only good thing about this purchase was: it prevented me from buying huawei pura phone nor any other huawei stuff.. Think twice before investing.

This Tablet is one of the best things i've ever bought, it's lightweight and easy to bring to places like school, work, etc.. And the ram and storage is good enough for doing absolutely anything, you can connect a mouse and a stylus with a keyboard, if you want to download google apps from the huawei tablet, go to the browser app and search "aurora store" download the app and you can suddenly download google apps, aurora store is the exact same as play store except the name. As for the downsides, it's for the keyboard. In the keyboard you cannot do things like the Fn keys, you can't hold the ctrl and space key at the same time because it will only change the language of the keyboard, and you absolutely cannot open emojis inside the keyboard, no matter how many times you try to find a way, it will never work, im really looking up to them fixing the problem in future updates. Right now if you want to open emojis you must have "show virtual keyboard" setting on in the settings or disconnect your keyboard to open virtual keyboard, but both of these are a pain in the @$$

The device support huawei wired 66W supercharge, and I confirmed this myself using an original Huawei charger and a even using a usb c power tester

Bought mine and its a device only variant. Now im waiting for my m pencil gen 3 which is still on its way here from China and I cant wait Im so excited to try drawing or paintiing Im going to develop this side of me which Ive put into sleep for like 30 years already if I can remember

It was confirmed by user from weibo that this tablet support up to 66W SFC.
But the included charger is only 22.5W.

Works great,
but using the M-Pencil wastes a lot of battery for some reason,
Can't say anything about the keyboard since i dont have it

And there are Microsoft Office, OnlyOffice and MyOffice in AppGallery.
