So there won't be any more updates after HarmonyOS 2.0? It's kind of weird that it got it's last os update last year, when the tablet was only 2 years old. The rest were just security patches. I would love to get HarmonyOS 3.0 on it, that should be it's last update

Does anyone know if there are any more system updates. I have the model MRX-ALO9 and it has harmony 2. I last updated it in December 2022 and it doesn't give anything.

Using this device since early 2020 and still rocking. I'm lucky enough to able installing GMS with LZPlay when still running EMUI before. Until now there is no issue with it and the device running perfectly after these years.

This tablet (128GB 6GB Ram - WIFI) is now cheaper than the New MatePad 11 (128GB 4GB Ram - WIFI) {280$ vs 340$}
So is it worth baying now despite the older chipset {Kirin 990 vs snapdragon 865}?

I purchased in April time. the only advice I would say is buy one that has already got GMS on (Google Play) as you can it has no google play services. but the earlier ones had GMS. I had to downgrade my software and then install GMS and upgrade and it can be a nightmare if your not tech savvy.

Harmony OS just arrived "global" It has really cool features and works perfectly. I really love the way Huawei does

I have purchased one of these and and I downgraded using hiproxy the firmware and installed google play and updated the firmware back to EMUI.
I originally purchased one used and it came with harmonyOS but I returned it as the used one was battered I then went back to the shop and purchased another used one (like new) which im happy with. I already have harmonyOS on my phone (honor Magic 2 it was owned by Huawei but now been sold) and because I have Google play on EMUI when I updated to HarmonyOS it never took off Google Play. I have full access to the App store and if I want to sideload APK files I can.
I purchased the Matepad Pro 10.8 2019 6gb with 128 for £245 like new condition. I have installed google play and it works flawless. I purchased it because I have mounted it into the car and I am using it for Android Auto and it works flawlessly on my Fire HD 10 Plus (£120 on prime day sale), I needed wireless charging as I never wanted to plug in my phone all the time. I upgraded because I noticed that I use the tablet every day

I know it doesn't support at least anything from Google Store... however, I am also about to decide which brand tablet I want, and most of the devices I have from Huawei, so I was thinking of matching device...but I am also an artist and I must be sure that a) the Mpencil is good b) I can install the apps :D Thank you!

What's with the four microphone holes? does that all work? I read one review saying that only one microphone works and the other works to reduce ambient sound? is it true?

Don't buy this tablet if you a Google hardcore fans. No Google at all or anything that must connect or open using Google. Most apps on android depend on Google, other than that it was suck.

Can Google play services be installed and work without problems and can it be done directly from a tablet without a PC.
