If you want to make phone calls with this tablet, download the latest firmware for it from Huawei website. Look for this version S10-201u (http://consumer.huawei.com/en/support/products/downloads/detail/s10-201u-en.htm?id=17842). Follow all the instructions and when the upgrade is completed, then look for Huawei phone apk. Install it and you will able to make phone calls after that. I tried this and it's works.

Seriously people... If you're experiencing problems with your tablet. TAKE IT BACK TO THE STORE and tell them what's up with it, people on this site may give you wrong advice on here then you mess your tablet up even more. Just do yourselves a fave and take it back. Otherwise, loving my media pad 10 - very happy. :)
