i didnt have a sim card also

This tablet has been with me May 2016 the Premium Edition and it is doing great! The best tablet I have ever had! Better than the Galaxy Tab S2

Yeah, it does actually. As a matter of fact, I just did a double tap to sleep on mine. However, it's dependent upon the launcher. Lawnchair2 supports the feature as do many other launchers.
