They re-released this phone as the Nova 12 SE with a new design (just like Nova 11 SE) and they cared so little it identifies itself as Nova 10 SE and has the same model number

For normal usage, this is not a user friendly phone at all.
1. Text typing (whatsapp, email, notepad, any of the apps), first letter is coming in lower case.
2. there is no google play store. we need to download Gspace and then from there to download apps.. every time ads are coming for each application.. very irritating.
3. From Huawei or petal search, not all apps are available. even Whatsapp and facebook are keep getting corrupted. so re-installing from Huawei store or petal search, whatsapp data are gone.
4. so, for most of the apps, i need to use from Gspace, adds are irriating everytime to open each application.
5. pdf files are not opening. initially it was opening, suddenly it got corrupted. phone is getting hanged every time opening pdf files.
6. message notifications, when face unlocked, messages are not showing, instead opening the applications.
I really disappointed with this mobile. not worth for this money at all.
whatever features are there, if applications are not user friendly, no one likes to use.

It is horrible experience, i have faced ever !! Camera quality is worst ,,, CAMERA, PROCESSOR AND Day to day life support was truly funny and unsatisfying , I dont its competitive for todays world

have been using till now , everything worked well , very smooth, camera quite good , battery good , speaker good , screen quite nice but processor should be better as other phones with this price come with better processor

I highly suggest you should spend your money on A34 instead of this garbage. About the same price with way more features.
