I really like huawei phones, the display, camera and build quality. Too bad, I'm using my phone for my logins at work. Company portal and microsoft authenticator doesn't work without native GMS. Still pretty sick looking phone. Aside from the 3 year old soc.

One week into using the Nova 11 (5G edition. yes, 5G edition)
What I like:
1. Smooth operation
2. Good battery life
3. The Aperture Mode which allows changing background blur AFTER the shots are taken, and without polishing the face texture.
4. Thin and light.
5. Good ecosystem.
What I don’t like:
1. The hi res mode requires holding the phone very steadily like on a desk or a tripod.
2. Wish there’s a tele camera like the Honor 90.

This is a good phone, but I am just hoping that Huawei could find another chipset aside from the Snapdragon 778g. Don't get me wrong the Snapdragon 778G is a powerful and very efficient midrange processor but as always, processors grow old and the 778g is an old processor now and this very processor has incorporated in 3 huawei nova series phones, hoping to see a huawei midrange phone with a sd 780, 782 or a 7 gen series processor.

Google apps are working fine through GBox. No problems at all so far. I am a bit sad that it is still 4g, but hey, this phone gets pretty stable signal. I think Huawei is known for this, so this having no 5g is not that big of an issue. The camera? Superb. I just wish the battery was a bit bigger like it could have been 5000mah.

I think Huawei should stop flooding the cell phone space/market place with crap. They must consider making one cell phone at a time and categories their product as, standard, pro, ultra /max and fold. This huawei nova, p-series and mate sequence is total out and does not make business sense.

Woow nice phone! I'm a sucker for very narrow bezels on a thin flat design. The very rounded corners is also a guilty pleasure of mines (similar to the iPhone, hence guilty pleasure).
