Wonderful phone relying on a stable but somewhat old chipset, one of the best front camera sensors on any phone, quite possibly better main photography than anything relatively close to it's price with dual aperture tech and a color temperature sensor with Huawei's software on top. 100W is still magnificent to this day, has some odd features for a mid ranger like leather back and satellite connectivity. I can't help but wonder what Huawei would be like if they weren't banned from using new chipsets, this machine with a 7+Gen2 would create an entirely new era for mid rangers. I hope to see this one out globally

And that exactly is the problem! Only crappy entry-level and mid-range phones have sd card slots but flagship phones for job or whatever necessary work other than sms and calls don't have sd card slots! did anyone complain for their existence? NO. so why did they abolish them? To charge more money for so-called "higher storage option". it doesn't have to with how many people use it. it has to do with cheaping out simple things nobody disliked.

Can access any file i want whenever i want from whatever device that is logged in to my drives, full quality pictures/videos (if i choose to have them in full quality, i have atleast over an hour of 4k videos worth and about 2000 or more pictures all the way from the 8mp galaxy s3), files and any other bit of data i can save to it. As soon as i take a picture or record it'll upload the data and if i want to then i can delete the files on my phones physical storage. Cloud storage hasnt ever deleted or lost a file (using it since about 2012) and will not ever corrupt (if it does the company is screwed), transfers data way WAY faster than a micro SD card and i dont have to waste time removing it or the card becoming corrupt/damaged.
Micro SD cards are for a very VERY small number of people now who ACTUALLY need it for their jobs/professional work, the other half of those people dont NEED an sd card, they just dont want to change their ways and will fight against anything they dont trust (just like wireless headphones). Fact is they arent coming back, it costs manufactures more to re design thwir whole device (millions upon millions its costing companies) and it ends up removing something that actually is useful (again people dont want to come to terms with this, just ignorantly dismiss it).
