I recently bought 5T and currently running EMUI 9.1 should I update it? I've read that a lot of people are having battery issues with the EMUI 10 and 11 so not really sure if I should update it or nah

Battery after EMUI 11 WILL GET BETTER. Mine is back at 2 days and 7hrs of SOT. Don't worry.

EMUI &Huawei software.
Hello. I am using a Nova 5T. The new EMUI update is very nice.
Ilove how it is different from EMUI 10 in terms of
new features. However..
The problems are:
1. Battery is draining very fast and i hate it.
2. The Huawei Home and everything like apps, task
bar, notification area refreshes very often, and it
makes EMUI look messed up.
3. Some applications are loading for long, and i
believe the Kirin 980 is a high end chip. EMUI
should feel very fluid and flawless as compared to
other cheaper Skins.
4. It still is left behind by other Android skins like
Colour OS, Oxygen OS and MIUI. They offer better
features and updates compared to EMUI. Huawei
team have still some work to do.

Is it normal that I bought nova 5t - 2 days ago and THE BATTERY IS GETTING LOW EVEN IF I AM NOT USING IT? and updated it to EMUI 10.1 (Haven't updated to EMUI 11 saying there's a lot of issue). I already do clear partition by the way.

After recent March update. Nova 5t has mobile data issue. Every time when it swtich from WiFi to mobile data. The Internet network has issue even the screen showing 4G mobile data connection. This happen almost every day once I step out my office or my house switching from WiFi to mobile data. And every time I need to restart my phone. Then it become normal.
Why? Please fix.

Coming back with an update. Battery consumtion got back to normal. After 25hours from 95%charge point, I still have 75%.
But I can't tell screen on time and other stuff, because it's showing me last 24hours and keeps changing hourly... 👎🏼👎🏼
Please Huawei, this was stupid.
