Huawei nova plus has been giving software update OTA( over the air).
Now my phone is android nougat sooner it will updated to android Oreo
The battery perform well.

After 14 months of working perfectly, it has begun to freeze, screen became unresponsive for seconds, sometime i am not able to answer a call. Then all returns to normal, i do not know it is the screen or the software or an app that cause that. But it is very annoying. Also baterry life is not so good anymore, based of that i am thinking to upgrade to p20 lite if my carrier will have this offer when i ll be eligible for an upgrade. Best of luck.

The phone was working fine with Android 6, after Android 7 upgrade with several months of use & Google Mar 2018 security batch, it is becoming very slow. I have reviewed multiple forum, people tried hard reset & soft reset, & freeing RAM and problem still persist.

After waiting for too long, got OTA update to Android 7.0 (B341), after updating got another update (B342, Google security patch Jan-18), current region (KSA).
If anyone still didn't get update, Be Patient you'll get update soon (hopefully).

I had this phone and had also the Huawei P9 Plus, Galaxy S7 and now I have the Pixel 2.
In term of photography, i think this was the best in pictures quality and details and even in realistic colors, it's really underrated in photo quality. Good phone with big screen and huge battery life, not fast and not slow normal speed phone lags sometimes. in general I recommand it.

Audio is too low while video recording. Battery backup is top notch. Getting sot of 7-8 hrs on a full charge. If anyone has solution for audio issue pls update. Me 2 stuck in the same train😂🙄

I've used this phone as my daily driver for about a year now and there are a few key things I dislike about it.
-its lags heavily and nearly crashes with my 5 major apps open (Spotify, YouTube, discord, Instagram and Twitter)
-the ui is ugly and I got about 4 3rd party apps to change it.
-the camera is surprisingly good but it sufferes heavily in low light and grain is super common
-its lags heavily in general opening apps (especially Instagram and YouTube)
-manh 3rd party launchers that I really like (action launcher and lawnchair launcher) can't run on this device.
The price has dropped heavily over the past year and I got it for 200 dollars Canadian.
It's definitely a good budget phone

Hi. Bought and received this phone HUAWEI NOVA PLUS MLA-L03 version on 01.10.2017 ( had anterior Samsung Galaxy Note II for >3.3years ). In a period of 1year >1 month I am completely satisfied. I use this phone in Republic of Moldova, and compared (having it daily) even with top flagships from SAMSUNG like Galaxy S7, and I can say that my phone beats S7 at photo and battery compartment, and I am very pretentious at photo quality. The video quality of the cam sucks a little bit I can say, comparing with the quality of the video recording of the Galaxy Note 8. Like that is not collecting all the fingerprints like Samsung's glassy device nowadays, looking like exactly new like I received one year ago. Is not having any kind of lag till today is not heating like you can cook eggs on the S7 from tipic activities like gaming,fb,web surfing.
In conclusion very satisfied and recommend it.
Pro:
+ Very good camera
+ 3.5 mm
+ not collecting fingerprints.
+ very good battery. Can resist even 50 hours after daily usage even >1year of usage (fb >1hour, music listening, web surfing, calling duration ~2-3 hours/day....)
Negative parts:
- sucks video recording.
- don't like that is not having other languages except english, french.
Hope that my comment will be useful for those who is having any doubts in buying it.

its good phone in all of features and open new vision to Chinese production so i recommend to all buy this mode mobile phone.
