Howzit. Got a choice of either getting a P40 lite or P40 lite 5g or p30 2020. Wanna know any issues with the app gallery or should I look at another brand of cellphone. Many thanks

      I have this phone as well as the standard P40 Lite.

      I prefer the standard version as the screen is so much nicer.

      This 5g version - the contrast on the display is appalling. It's so devoid and dull and such a letdown.

      However.. the processor is awesome as is the video recording and camera etc.

      But - the screen of the standard P40 lite, in my opinion, is way way nicer and more accurate.

                            It's a pretty decent device. But no GMS is a big nope for me. Even if you manually install them there is no way the device can pass Safetynet checks and therefore take full advantage of the GMS.

                                  The P40 lite 5G comes with an OLED screen (and side fingerprint sensor) unlike its smaller brother the P40 lite which comes with an LCD screen (also side fingerprint sensor).
                                  I'm not sure if this is market dependent but this is definitely the case for the German market.
