The P70 base model could have the Mate 60's Kirin 9000s chipset while the P70 pro and art could have a kirin 9000s with a higher clock speed but there is a rumor about another P70 series and rumors has it that the P70 art could have the 1GP+7P camera that the Oppo Find X7 Ultra is currently using but hopefully Huawei will surpirse us with something.

Guest whooooo, 23 Feb 2024There are many rumors on Huawei Central that the P70 could ... moreIt's recently been rumoured that the mate 70 pro will have a new Kirin with snapdragon 8 plus gen 1 performance which is believable given Huawei's history of releasing a new chipset with every mate phone.
The p70 pro however could be a new chip, which would be unusual or an overclocked Kirin 9000s but we'll have to wait for someone to get their hands on a p70 to confirm it either way.

The triple rear camera set up is confirmed and the main sensor would be the OV50K or the OV50H and probably the ultra wide cam would be the Sony imx 989 and the screen is also confirmed, but it is also reportedly that it will use overclocked versions of the kirin 9000s and probably the base p70 pro would be equip with the Kirin 9000s so probably the mate 70 would have a new chipset or an overclock one, but who knows.

Nice phone, hoping this one will be having the Kirin 9010 but with the US jealousy on full force I think Huawei have to improvise to develop new chips.
