Huawei Pocket 2 is officially launching on February 22

Huawei is launching the Pocket 2 this Thursday, the company announced on its Weibo profile. The date is not a coincidence – the number two version with two circles is arriving on the 22nd day of the 2nd month. Sadly, it does not fall on Tuesday; otherwise the tongue-twister would've been complete.

The official teaser pretty much confirmed the leaked renders of the flip foldable were true – one circle for the cameras, and the other for external display. The arrival is a bit earlier than expected, as some rumors suggested the Pocket 2 will arrive alongside the P70 flagships.

Specs-wise, we know pretty much nothing about the new phone. We can expect a Kirin 9000S chipset, which Huawei uses in all its premium devices these days, HarmonyOS 4.0 out of the box, and a bigger battery. We hope the company will tease more details in the three days leading up to the event.

They'll probably use the Kirin 9000S and not release them in the US, but anything's possible so we'll have to wait and see

In this case I am very curious how they will solve it.
