This phone stinks....I've had this nitemare for about 4 months and its been a horrible experience!!!!! 1.It just randomly hangs up during a call 2. The only way to turn off alarm is to take the battery out...sooooo annoying!!! 3. When trying to enter name,address etc it doubles entry ALL the time 4. The camera is really bad. 5. Very, very often the only way I can be reached is via text cause phone calls do not come in.
I've been back to the store several time and they act like they never heard any of these complaints before however my boyfriend has the same phone with the same problems. They told me I could get another phone but Im afraid of the same old problems

The phone itself is great, but it has trouble staying synced with my Plantronics Voyager Pro. No rhyme or reason, it just drops the sync the connection. Is iot the phone or the blue tooth? Each customer support center blamed the other.
Other than the bluetooth syncing issues, I really like this phone.

I've been downloading apps for my Huawei every night from playstore and app gravity. This thing just blows my mind. I downloaded pop-up browser, now I can run two windows at once. It has Mobile wifi hotspot, Chrome cast, face recognition app... What else can a phone do? I'm totally satisfied with this phone.

Ive had my phone for a month now and it continue to hang up my calls . I took it back to Metro 3 times it was finally exchange and it does the same thing.

I've had the huawei premea 4g for about 4 months now. It awsum,fast and I got a 32 gig sd card in it. It does sometimes reboot by itself once in awhile,and two times I woke up in, the morning and it was off. Don't know what's that's about. Its not rooted. I have over 140 apps on it that are great. I have no problem with, this phone. everytime I hear people brag about the things their phone does. I say HEY. Mine does that too. Huawei may be a no-namer to a lot of people, but this phone kicks butt. Its right up there with all the other name brands!!

I have the Huawei premia 4g and my sister had the L... moreGreat phone once you root and overclock.. also get rid of bloatware.. change a few system files.. easy to customize.. snapdragon dual proces... meaning can talk and surf internet at the same time.. etc.. nice screen size .. gorilla glass.. best part i paid 89.00 .. also android 4.0.4.. i updated to jellybean 4.1.2.. great for game tethering using wireless tether for root users version 3.3 beta.. avg data 4mb download.
off peak seen speeds up to 6.12 mb.. all the speed you need.. record on 720 hd camera using updated jellybean camera app. trust me folks for 100 or less Huawei is making a comeback.. this phone awsome start....

Im on my second one. The first one shut down in the middle of a text. The phone never came back on. Metro was unable to explain the reason and it took Metro over three weeks to replce. Second phone into 1 week of use and so far so good.

I bought the premia four g about two months ago no problwms just battery sucks my wife gots the motion and my phone is way faster and its alote bigger dnt feel like im going to brake the thing when i hold it but all is good no problems or complaints

I would not recommend this phone why? It's my third replacement and I ask them what's wrong? But No answers hmmm.... but watever long as they replace it for free im gud so yeah most def not a thumbs up and oh all this happened in less than three mths Other than that its a pretty good phone the lifes sucks butt so buy back up...
