SeanUchiha, 29 Jun 2024Huawei is struggling Chipset wise lol🤣🤣😶🌫️😶🌫️Bro its not impossible for HiSilicon Kirin which isn't supported by American and Taiwanese tech giants like ARM, Google Android and TSMC to innovate in the future or maybe could potentially compete and cut ties with Qualcomm and Mediatek but not for now. As you can see HiSilicon Kirin is still on the verge of technological blunders and the finish product is very uncompetitive, the gaps are still at large compare to the Two Android SoC Maker giants. But as an android follower for over 13 years, its not yet over for HiSilicon Kirin to raise their flags for the competition. Remember Mediatek way back 2012 - 2017 era, mocked as the center for criticism with the loathe communities and Snapdragon fanboys. Snapdragon is way ahead that time btw and Mediatek is struggling to compete with their signature lineups (Snapdragon's 400's, 600's, and 800's ). Early Mediatek MT 6500's and MT6700's (OG android users will remember its nostalgic), Devices with this Mediatek MT series teased and hated for being a flat iron or a detonating device as it heats up pretty quickly. Have you remembered the Mediatek Helio X30 project way back 2017? no other company acquire this chipset only Meizu as most user would prefer Snapdragon over Mediatek they have lack of advancement, innovation and reputation to the Android community. The turning point for Mediatek is 2018 when they release the Mediatek Helio P60. To be honest this Mid range chipset is the novelty on why Mid range devices delivers similar close performance on the High end nowadays which they exchange blows between raw power and the economical value to the market. Since 2018 Mediatek keeps discovering new innovation their Mediatek Dimensity lineup (2020 - Present) promotes value while fearing Snapdragon. Personally, I tried Mediatek Dimensity powered phones and to be fair they are very efficient compare to some Snapdragon in a particular type of scenario. Mediatek transforms from being hated to being the standard of technological possibilities. So my point here is HiSilicon still has a future if their philosophy are highly aligned and understood maybe after 4 to 6 years they could understand the competition more matured than now.

This phone has difficulty connecting to 4G networks on Simba or Orange Sims. It keeps defaulting to 3G. Put the same Sim into a Xiao MI or Honor magic v2 and the problem disappears. Even the mate pro has no problem although that doesn't run harmony os 4

About the thin bezels are so amazing. overall specs are good one thing im worry about its the nanometer its run 7nm . As of now 2024 common nanometer is 4nm. This phone is quite good but not into it (nanometer)

Hero, 20 Apr 2024Hi is this phone support esim and smart remote control If you want to know whether any phone enable to use as a remote control or not, you can see phone's spec with infrared port Yes or No. This phone can use as a remote control. But not sure can use with esim or not.

.esim in smartphone in China is still illegal.
but there is some rewritable sim card in the market,
user can write the esim data to this sim card ,and plug in P70 or any chinese phone...
it is designed for chinese ppl to use foreign esim card in chinese phone..
