                                    Babbage, 19 Apr 20247nm in 2024, 5nm in 2025, 3nm in 2026 and they started with... more5nm may come this year with mate 70 series. But 3 nm no guaranty. With quadruple patterning 5nm is possible this year though production cost is high. But with the current DUV machine i Don't think 3nm possible. Huawei is trying hard to make own EUV machine.
