A new mid-range Huawei phone leaks
A TENAA listing of an upcoming Huawei smartphone just popped up with model number JKM-AL00 and it's believed to be the direct successor to the Huawei Y9 (2018). Unfortunately, the listing is still incomplete and we only have photos to work with for now.
It's easy to draw comparison between the Y9 (2019) and the P20 Lite - we've got the narrow notch with the same sensor alignment, the volume rocker and power button on the right and the back appears to be made of glass. It houses the fingerprint reader and the vertically aligned dual camera setup. Even the inscriptions are the same as on the Huawei P20 Lite.
If we are indeed looking at a mid-range device, like the new Y9, it's safe to say that it will feature Huawei's latest mid-range SoC - the HiSilicon Kirin 710 as its predecessor is equipped with the Kirin 659.
The listing should be updated soon with more detailed specs so stay tuned.
