If you have a desktop pc, insert the sd card in a digital camera and then copy. Goodluck......

I've had this phone for about 6 years now, I love it and it that time I've made countless photos with it but I could never transfer them to my PC. I'm currently using a Windows 7 64bit. Can anyone tell me how I could transfer my pictures and video files on and off my phone? The USB icon will appear, but I can't open it.
