The app support for the phones are really good. whats app and viber work really fine. the internet support for the phone is also very good. 32 gb expandable memory helps to store more aaps n also the phone doesnt lag even if memory is low.The sound quality of the phone is really good. The in-ear quality is also very decent. The phone Speakers are pretty loud n sound does not get distortion. Nice form factor.

This phone is nice and i have downloaded many apps and and its pretty fast. worth the price. Very impressed with the design despite having the kind of plastic body you would expect at this price point, build quality is not compromised32 gb expandable memory helps to store more aaps n also the phone doesnt lag even if memory is low. Awesome Touchscreen phone. Fully Capacitive touch. Nice Camera, blutooth, FM Radio, sound. Best part is that its too cheap money wise. Love it.

Wow. That's quite a lovely phone. Camera is nice, price is nice, music quality is nice. Specs are cool too. Battery is decent. It has lots of great features like Whatsapp, Viber, smooth touch, expandable memory, etc. This phone has almost all the features which an high end phone has. I just love this phone.

I am using this phone from last 2 months, most nice thing abt this phone is its an android phone. it has millions of apps on market available. i think I am not goin to change this fone for long time. Was impressed. Despite having the kind of plastic body you would expect at this price point, build quality is not compromised.

This is an awesome phone which has an extraordinary features like good camera, crystal clear music, loads of apps and many more…Camera quality is good. camera really works wonders. nice music. Browsing is faster in this phone. It is powered by a Qualcomm MSM7225 chipset that originally runs at 528MHz clock speed which is decently fast and performs better.

Huawei are giving u8150 users access to Swype for free, to replace the default Android keyboard. I’m not sure I really like it much better, but I’m going to try it for a while.

But overall, yeah, the price is good. Disappointing that the FM radio either doesn’t have RDS, or the software provided doesn’t make use of it.

I bought one of these phones recently, mostly just for development purposes. It’s a nice phone, but I’m not really sure that the size lends itself to touch-screen typing.

At such a low price, it is more or less disposable and so you don’t have to worry too much about it being lost or stolen.

Overall a great cheap Android phone for non-Telstra users.

Battery life is OK and I like the flexibility of the combined USB/AC charger as you can choose to power from AC or from a PC.
I am enjoying the Android 2.2 features like wireless portable hotspot and the new homescreen layout.
But the best thing I am enjoying is the price.

The only gripe I have is the volume of media when played through the 3.5 socket. Its just too low for me. Apparently, this may be deliberate due an EU safety requirement – I worked around this by getting a new bluetooth headset (that probably does not comply with this silly standard as its much louder).

Loading media via the Micro SD card slot works as expected.
Bluetooth pairing works fine with my car and headset. Bluetooth contact sharing works well too.

The touch screen is accurate and responsive. The UI is quick enough but can “lag” badly if a CPU intensive app is running. All my favourtie android apps install and run fine though (eg skymap, google maps, stock quote etc). I installed and tested the latest google navigation and it works perfectly – complete with voice generation for street names…
