My phone has 2 Google accounts, one.is mine and the other I don't know its password. Am afraid to reset to factory settings because I think all my info will be lost including the phone's settings. I can't log on to Google market because of that first Google account.what should I do?

1.Turn on the phone.
2.Hold down the “power”,“vol.down”,and “home” key.
3.A menu should appear.Go down and click on “Reset phone”.
4.Wait 2-3 mins.
5.Then click on “Reboot phone”.The phone should restart.

It's not a bad phone for entry-level smartphones.But it gets really laggy after installed few apps like Whatsapp,Line.Even the Go launcher ex works slowly.Don't buy this if you are looking for lag-free phone.Being using this for a year and decided to change to a better phone.
