mwitwa, 10 Jun 2012up until a week ago my phone was working fine but now i can... moreif its not responding to earphones , just do something simple;switch off n stay for like 5 minutes and it will work,n make sure you have you volume full or rather not silent

i have an ideos 8150, i configured my email addres as the recovery option when i forget the password but i cant remember the email password hence cant open my phone since it was rocked by my kid accindentaly How do i rest the email addres asked on the phone when opening
