Switch it off, press power button + green button + side button of increasing volume all at the same time 4 about 5 mins. A screen will appear telling you to restore ur phn. Select restore option and wait 4 ur phn to reboot.

Kiarie, 23 Oct 2013My ideos phone keep replicating inbox sms as many time it w... moreTry to switch it off and remove the battery.Re insert the battery after one minute.If that dont resolve the problem,then you will have to reset it back to factory settings.Back up all your data to sd card before you factory reset.
