.Coolest fon eva...i enjoy every second while using it...only that am nt able able to close applications which are left in the background...the news updates which consume alot of my airtime,which sometimes discourages me...bt i love it...

Ideos just affordable; not cheap. Compared to many in its class, it is pocket-friendly.
The battery IS truly an issue. I hope there are OEM high capacity batteries in the market that Ideos owners can buy for replacement.
This phone does "hang" at times, just like a typical computer does. Also, its battery indicator may occasionally reads nil, erroneously. To resolve the two above, I do cold-booting (I remove the phone battery while the phone is still ON, wait for ten seconds then re-insert it and switch the phone back ON). Doing this always resolves the problems. So these aren't grave issues.
About transferring data through Bluetooth, a user needs to download one of the many apps in the Android Market. For example, I use Bluetooth File Transfer. It works. Learn using it.
Take your time and learn using your palm-held computer, the Ideos. And explore the Android Market(Remember: Your Ideos graduates from being a mere mobile phone to becoming a mobile computer when you install apps).

to disconect internet go to settings - wirless and network - mobile networks - data enabled change. for the battery disable location account and synk display brightnes set to the lowest level

Please suggest will this phone be gud for me:
1,i have an lg kp320 whose software sucks n the nokia java phones seem awesome infront of it.
2.I can deal with a bad camera, i want awesome software cappabilities.
3.I charge my present phone almost daily, so bad battery will be ok for me.
4.I dnt use 3g (bt want to hav it) neither much wifi(still want that).
5.The lg had some cheap hardware+software causing my repairs. Will it b better in this respect?

I like this phone. Its cheap and has numerous features. I guess there is no other phone with many features like IDEOS which can match its cheap price
