When i turned off my cellphone and re started it. It just hang up to its like welcome note says "IDEOS" I try to wait for an hour but nothing come up and its still the same. What to do? help....

I've read some reviews which say that the camera is slow when taking photos(it suffers a 1-2 second lag).
