My Wi-Fi does not work when I upgrade my version to 4.0.3

To upgrade go to the google the 4.0.3 update and download. It is about 355mb. Simply follow the instructions and install.
I'm using ics now and so far so good.
Only problems are that the phone heats up now and the battery runs down faster than with the 2.3.5.
