some shop told me that this model will never released in malaysia as CSL has bought the model license to distributed in malaysia... can anyone confirm on this?

Touch screen is bad at responding and stops taking commands properly within days. RMA support is poor and they take 15+ days to fix problems (except flashing which they do same day). Compare it with my 3 year old Nokia xpressmusic whose screen still works perfectly.

finally dumped symbian.I have usd symbian 4 11 years but believe me.u wont regret...Bought this phone in india frm saholic.com for 12999 inr(286.8 usd).played some hd games running absolutely fi9.
broser works fine but the display has 2 lazy pixels but that is not at all a deal breaker.
if u want a 1ghz ohone with adreno 205 with 800x480 go for this one...
salsa costs more...wildfire s is farr less powerfull and galaxy ace is not up to par....motorola defy has same pricing but less powerfull chipset(but its rugged).the only real alternative was ideos x5 but again lesser power...so dis was the best choice..iam running 2.3.4 rom which gave a large bump to battery life and performance...
gran turismo on emulator doesnt lag anymore....

Using Spice Mi410 for past 2 wks. Overall good ...but one issue nagginge me. Would appreciate help to solve.
I am unable to connect using the Gmail apps or the android market ...keeps giving error " unable to connect to a reliable data server......this may be a temporary problem or the phone may not be provisioned for data services."
Can't figure out whats wrong. My phone has data services.. infact I can browse internet, even log into my gmail usin the browser.
But Gmail apps or Android market access keep giving error.
So Iam unable to use Google applications and can't access Android market..
Please help if you faced this issue or have a solution. Thanks.

The phone is sold by many brands (Huawei, Olive phones and Spice). at different prices. however the cheapest is Spice Mi410, the other specs remain the same though......
