Huawei is launching the Watch GT 6 series next month

Last month, a reliable tipster claimed that Huawei would unveil the Watch GT 6 series this year in September or October. Well, Huawei sort of corroborated that claim today as it announced a September 19 launch event in Paris.

We say "sort of" since Huawei hasn't explicitly mentioned the Watch GT 6 series in its event announcement post on X, but the image included in the post shows two smartwatches, which confirms the Watch GT 6 lineup will be introduced at this September 19 event in Paris. Last year's Watch GT 5 series was also unveiled in September, and on the same date.

The Watch GT 5 series includes the Watch GT 5 and the Watch GT 5 Pro, so we are also expecting the Watch GT 6 series to include a vanilla and a Pro model.

Huawei hasn't divulged anything about the Watch GT 6 lineup yet, but rumors claim it will come in 41mm and 46mm sizes. We could hear more about the Watch GT 6 series as we inch closer to the event.
