I , personally, would like to say that (a) you get exactly whut you pay for (b) The Y560
does not ask too much of us in a monetary sense. This phone, for its price ( under R1000 ZAR) , is a masterpiece . At R899.99 this device offers 4.5" inches of straight screen, backed up by 1gb of ram and 1.1 gigahertz managed by a sophisticated quad-core cpu.
Standard with 5.1.1 Lollipop makes this mobile device the great purchase for those looking for something bigger(screen size of entry lvl androids usually < 4.0") that can run most apps being developed now.

Turn your phone on,
Go at the top and slide the screen down,
Notification and Shortcuts will appear,
Press Shortcuts
Press at the bottom the V to enlarge the screen,
You will see an icon called Ultra Battery, press it
When it appears the option, press OK and that will save battery.
Hope that it helps, if not contact any Telstra Service Center with your problem.
