with 2gb ram and mediatek cpu can't complain much. Normal for it not smooth like 3gb ram and kirin or sd cpu..

Its processing speed is to much slow as compare to Samsung same price mobiles... Only its shape is attractive,for use is very disappointing so never recommend anyone.. for only this Huawei model which i have experienced.

developer option sucks, dual sim single standby....and os have some bugs.
overall it's a good phone .

This phone speaker is worse than honor holly 3 (I have test, no bass at all) , and does not have pro mode in camera app, what a shame, don't buy it for god sake.

Seems more like the older Huawei honor 5X mobile specifications, with almost no improvements, except OS and EMUI upgrades.
Too many features are downgraded for Y5 prime, which include the following;
1. The ppi, dropped down from 401ppi in honor 5X to 295ppi for Y5 prime.
2. Screen size is also reduced from 5.5" to 5.45".
3. Processor is reduced to Quad core 1.3GHz, Vs Octa Core (Quad 1.2 GHz + Quad 1.5 GHz) for honor 5X
4. The 4G- Bands no specified for Y5 prime, seems like limited connectivity due to reduced processing power, Whereas Honor 5X had LTE band 1(2100), 3(1800), 38(2600), 39(1900), 40(2300), 41(2500)
Rest features are the same.
