I owned this phone for 3 months now and I had the best experiences with it so far. The only thing is the battery life is not long enough for me to use.

I had this phone.. And still using it.. The phone got great specifications even though there's no fingerprint scanner.. As for lagging i haven't experienced it.. Its just an awesome phone to use and i would recommend anyone who likes a low budget phone to go for this.. It aint perfect but the best for its price.

I own this phone for a month now. I can tell you it's a good budget phone. Of course budget phone is not premium or high end phone. Some people mix things up and post confusing comments. I can tell that I have owned eleven smartphones until now. For the money it's a winner. Pros: big screen, good battery life, high end features like double tap to wake, eye comfort and gesture, etc. Cons: average camera, sound is average and speed. That's it. Hope you enjoy using this phone!

Messages applicfation is very wrost. no group message option, this option is in contacts only & for for group messages u will done a lengthy process, no schedule message option. batter is good

Y5 prime same specs as Honor 7s, 2gb ram, 16gb rom, 13mp camera, 5.45" screen. emui8, android 8.1. i'm using Honor 7s... for me best budget phone. hehe... :D

I don't have the phone as yet but by the comments I feel if you don't like it anymore, return it, don't complain. Complaining won't get you anywhere unless it's a valid complaint when returning.
Also, the specifications seem amazing but I'd still opt for the Y7 instead.
