hi team , i've done the developer option and deactivated the Scale , after 2 days of using my phone , touch problem still here :( , idk if huawei will do the marshmallow , but it's my first and last huawei's phone !!! i'm very angry ...

Anonymous, 26 Oct 2016How can I remove the shutter sound of the camera? With the default app you cant. Use 3rd party app that has mute options for the shutter sound. Ex. Mx camera

Hi, every body!
I have been using this phone for over 5 months. and the touch problem was driving me crazy.
I'd like to thank the people who suggested changing the animation scale to .5. Now I have a very smooth fully working touch. One last thing: Can any body provide us with more info about this update: HUAWEI Y6 Pro 4G Firmware (TIT-AL00, C328B124)? It's on Huawei's official website, but for Kenya and Pakistan only. I can't find it any where else. Can any body tell if this is Marshmallow or lollipop?

For those who don't know how to show developer options:
GO to Settings>> About Phone>> Scroll down to Build Number
Once you’ve found the Build number section of the settings, tap on the Build Number 7 times. After two taps, a small pop up notification should appear saying "you are now X steps away from being a developer" with a number that counts down with every additional tap. After the 7th tap, the Developer options will be unlocked and available. They can usually be found in the main settings menu.

Guys, touch problem is a hardware problem, i dropped my phone , after drop touch didnt work, so i gave phone to repair they replaced touch and disply 2 weeks ago, now touch is works fine, no touch problem unfortunately 2 yaers warrenty canceled

[deleted post]Go to settings - developer options (ON) then go to the 3 animation scale (from .5 to 1) then (OFF), download EVA keyboard or Xperia keyboard switch your google/hauwei keyboard to either Eva or Xperia keyboard...goodluck!!!
