I also had the touch problem. After changing the theme the problem disappeared....
Now i HV a superb Huawei y6 pro.

Is your sim a LTE sim? Did you put it in the correct sim slot - Sim1 = LTE, Sim2 is only GSM.
I get LTE on my device.
