been using this phone for almost a month. everything is fine. Batery life is good. but how to turn off the camera sound.. so loud and annoying..

i am using this phone from a weak now,the most impressive part of this phone is battery life which is so much impressive, some users are complaining here about auto on off data problem but so far i didn't face this kind problem, camera need so much improvement's and i think that can only comes with new software update, i compare it's camera with Samsung j7 and pak made Qmobile z12,these two also have 13mp back and 5mp front but they are far far far far(i have to use these word's) better then y6 pro camera,the picture result of qmobile z12 & Samsung j7 are equal, touch of this phone most part of time remain smooth & good but sometimes it becomes lagi and whenever it occurs navigation keys also become irritation,for me i think its all hardware is good ,all problems you guys face are of software issues, i hope huawei will soon thought about this phone too.

Huawei phone contact is not not working properly, it takes time to open and search contact, it takes even 30 second to open one contact detail, battery timming is good, but i dont recoment this phone to my friends, Samsung is much better phone than this phone
i think Huawei should solve this problem to keep company good well

same problem here... sometimes touch and keypad not working well 😞 data on/off also have bug too... samsung 8mp cam better then huawei 13mp camera 😒 I think y6 pro need update as soon as possible

Touch pad problem, pixel density low, camera is not totally good like as other same MP phone,without mobile restarting data connection is not made on. After using two or three hours its touch key is not respond

shimantakhan is this true I have buyed the phone everything is fine except touch screen I used it sometime after sometime its unresponsive especially at Messaging Whatsapp etc.

Hello Y6 Pro user in Bangladesh.We have a problem in Touchpad,Keypad,as well as touch.It is a software missing problem. You must go to the nearby Huawei Service Center.They will fix the problem.It may take 30 to 40 minutes. After that every Y6 Pro user will be fan of Huawei Y6 Pro.Thank You

So today im going to telling you about Huwaie Y6pro.
First of all this cell phone is worst cell phone evr in my entire life. Yes there is a touch Problem when you are typing a message or doing something, so please dont buy it and 1 more thing This cell phone is laggy . Battery timing is good. but i request all of you guys please dont buy this Creepy cell phone in this range. Huwaie Honor 4c is much better than this .Its a totally waste of money. so if u wana buy a good cell phone than i recommend you Huawei Honor 4 c or samsung J5.. and pls pls pls dont waste ur m,oney for buyng y 6 pro.
Note:touch problems especially at top left side of the screen.

I bought a Y6 pro andthere is no any touch issue. But Double tap sceen on gestureis not available and also some privacy facilities came with Y6 model is not in this Y6 Pro model
