am the user of thise cell, every thing is good. but the problem is my cell fone doesnot conect with computers i.e USB doesnt work properlly. so wat shall id????

Ive been using this device for six months and finding no problem so far. The only thing that made me a lil bit unhappy is the speaker volume, too low even being compared to other cheaper phones.

everything is good, But ... The the main camera is not good .. and sound quality on speakers and headphones jack :(

Battery goes down from 25 to 15% in just a few minutes every time. Also from 100 to 94% very quick. What can be done?

Friends this cell does not download Facebook picture and videos and also can't download pic or videos from u tube.
. In every function this cell demands my location and contact number access.
.
What should I do??
Can any one help me to solve this problem.
Otherwise I am cunning to sell y6ii.

Huawei Y6II is good for med or low-end user. Though I like it, but it will be great if Huawei can upgrade to OS Android version 7.0 if possible to prove your mobile technology more advance than others.

Setting→advanced setting→storage and memory→storage location
