Some carrier don't even use 4g advanced. The 4g+ simple means it 4g advanced that usually combine 2 or more spectrum to give speed. You can see weather the phone support 4g+ that is CAT 6 and above devices. But that doesn't say the whole story. 4g advanced work differently for different carrier like if the carrier support it but the phone doesn't support the band that carrier combine to work 4g+ then your phone will just work as normal 4g.
And network provider should upgrade there network to support 4g advanced and the phone should also support the same carrier 4g advanced bands that carrier has. So its very complicated because if one phone in your house has 4g+ that doesn't means all phone will have.Carrier usually goes with maximum efficiency. So sometimes the carrier set that support to a particular speed if the speed is above that normal marks then it just goes to regular 4g that is that one band is capable of giving inhalf speed and if the speed is below there particular speed then it goes to 4g+ so that you will get speed that doesn't make you uncomfortable. The network thing is very complicated.

the hauwei y7p is a great badget phone.As a photographer the 48 megapixel is nice and detailed but poor colors ...slow mo videos has bad quality ...battery life is okay ...the screen is okay but I would have like a FHD+ resolution screen ...but its all about what you think about the device ...if you are okay with living without gms go for it...its like you buy for what you get ...and it clearly says that ...its a great badget...but for now l'll buy the huawei p40 pro plus

almost all areas of Tehran has 4G+ coverage but Y7p is regular 4G without 4G+ & my Samsung device is 4G+ in same places & same Operator but Y7p does't. Also HMS is just trouble & bullshit

I dont get it why people cant install google apps and log in google accounts using this phone y7p but when i buy this phone 1 day ago, i can use all google and log in google acc without any happen, no google service but you can use.. Secret.. :) i love this phone

Google apps (play store, YouTube, Maps, Gmail) can be installed manually.100% working without any error. FOLLOW YOUTUBE for latest methods. (OLD methods are not working)
A very good phone for this price. Speed is great.Beautiful design.

But however you can download apps from Huawei app gallery and amazon store has insta, Facebook, pubg and other popular apps.
To use gmail you can connect gmail to huawei mail and it will work.
To use youtube you can download the app but you can't login since there is no play store but you can bookmark the youtube to your home screen it works pretty good or you can use youtube vanced.
You can actually install playstore but its little complicated.
One thing is there are some apps like uber which rely on google services so it won't work unless you install playstore. Also some banking apps that won't work you can check weather there are apps by using huawei app gallery website. For banking apps using there website will work fine you can bookmark that to homesceen.
U don't know weather to recommend or not because if you are using services like uber the kind of no otherwise yes.
