Quick one one of my colleagues bought this phone 5 months ago had a chance to play with it and test it she was worried that there's no YouTube obviously she didn't have a clue when she bought the phone, I told her that All Huawei phones that came out in 2020 and beyond won't be using Google services so I downloaded her the YouTube Vanced which is not bad, so back to the phone, in terms of everyday use the phone it's not that bad the display is decent the camera aswell that includes the battery, if you're in a tight budget I'd recommend it but be prepared to suffer with the lack of Google services other than that it's a good decent smartphone.

I just wanna share my experience real quick, I bought this phone in Aug 28 for 160 USD, and before I bought it I did my research of whether you can install Google Mobile Services on it because those are very important to me, and it did, but the problem right now is, after couple of security updates, you no longer can install GMS on it. my point is : right out of the box, DO NOT PERFORM ANY SECURITY UPDATE, otherwise you'll probably never be able to install GMS on it, and you know that updates get stuck with you forever even if you do a factory reset you cant go back, this is a mistake that I made and did not account for it, but here I am saving you from it. and before I end this, I just wanna say that the phone is great exept the part of GMS, and I also wanna mention, there is better options right now if you wanna buy a phone, definitely check Y8p, costs around 180 USD, for just 20 bucks you're getting FHD+ OLED 6GB-128GB, NFC, Wifi AC but just remember, same story with Y7p, right out of the box never do a software update to the system, otherwise you'll probably never be able to install GMS

For those who want to Install Google Services Apps, just search on YouTube just type "How to install Google Services on Y7P"
I got Google Services Apps working on my Huawei Y7p 2020 with no problems.

Performance is not bad, chrome freezes randomly and requires switching apps to continue working.
Battery is good but power-saving optimisations could be extreme, shutting down "locked" apps
Absence off Google services makes the phone hard to get personal and comfortable with

Very disappointed..!!! Im a HUAWEI user using old p6 and very satisfied.. But now i tried to upgrade but im disappointed this time i bought 7yp2020...i thought its nice phone but im very disappointed especially the sound... Sounds like transistor RADIO..!!!!
