some one asked "can u record calls in this device?"
i should say it is a windows mobile smartphone that have programs like autocad , photoshop , yahoo messenger ,msn messenger ,real player ,winamp , scientific calculator and everything that you have on your windows xp.beside of these programs it can take picture and record sounds as easy as pressing a button.good luck

"chitwan" answer:do a hard reset and then your ppc should work ,otherwise you have to change your rom
"ren" answer:see back of your device if it is pm10c version then your device is made for us and you have to change it with pm10a version wich made for every where except usa
"anurag sharma" and "Shahin Reza":search for Microsoft ActiveSync 4.1 in google and then download it in your pc....
"hafez abdullah":search freeware ppc in google and you will see a huge number of programs there waiting 4 u ....

Becarefull!
i mate-jame lovers in iran (and other places in world) don't buy i-mate jam with pm10c frimware version ,it has frequency problem,this frimware version is made only for usa!
for more information email me,but if you want to ask if i-mate jam is good or not then there is no need to think because my answer is not good or even bad,it is GOD,it rocks !!!!

I have tried all Options of getting the GPRS Settings done, I have tried the Network provider do the setting no Luck , i even tried the Hardware Supplier still no one can get my GPRS setting Done,, IMATE is SO Good i will keep it No matter What , any help..???

the bluetooth password is one you make up between you and the other bluetooth device owner. say you each agree on 12345, then once you enter it, then they enter it, you are both connected. it ensures a dedicated and private signal to only the device entering your password.

it`s the best pocket pc phone ever, extremely versatile. It has no flaw and works perfectly, i can guarantee that. too bad it gets old but it`s still the best at a very low price
