it's a great tool but how can I get a user's manual? I lost mine.You make it kind of hard aswking those silly questions before I can get a hold of a manual.

I bought I-Mate Jam 9 months ago. it was going fine but now it has a big problem that it switched off (Powered off) automatically round after 5 to 7 hours. Three times I have installed the window but the problem is still there. I am very upset. can any one pls solve my problem. kindly mail me.

Hi there...
I have i-mate jam and I had to switch sim cards with my other mobile phone then switch them back. After the second switching, the phone started to do an automatic setup by itself. After completion, I lost every single file and data on that device, it's like a formatting thing ! This is really depressing. I lost more than 1200 SMS messages !
Is there any software to do file or SMS recovery for an i-mate jam phone ?

i have bought i mate jam about 4 days ago and got a problem that the internal battery is on 42% and the external battery was on 0% when i bought it but when i woke up the other morning the phone refused to start up i have charged it for appox 4 HOURS but it still refuse to ON kindly help me out what i have to do???!!!
will i have to reinstall the windows?if yes where can i get a free window setup for my JAM
KIndly help me i am very worried

this phone is very easy to install software.when your com use windows vistar you do not insstall active sync .Vista auto detect all pocket pc .

I have seriuos problem when I try to sinc my imate with exchange, the error code that send me is HTTP_500. Any one knows how to solve this problem?

yes works perfect for me.. just need drivers for windows.. i dont want to use the active sync.
