Hi, Sir, I hope you are doing well. In order to use internet (I hope this is what you meant), you must connect a valid SIM card to the phone. You can find the sim slot underneath the battery on the back of the phone. The SIM must be attached to a valid mobile data plan, which can be organised at most local shops.

i have an imate jamine phone,but i lost the pc suite soft ware casette,could you give the advise how to install it in to my p.c,or otherwise could you send the i mate jamin windows mobile pc suitable software to my e-mail,i will download it from my mail and install it to myp.c

Yonatan, 31 Jan 2012I like I-mate phone. And my question is how to conecte internet?talk to customer care of your service provider and find out access point name, user, password& domain.
GO to settings > connections > connections > add a new connection & then under select modem take cellular GPRS, THen enter access point name, user , password &domain if any & click finish
