Well engineered and a pleasure to use. No problems after 2 years. I especially like the qwerty keyboard, wireless capability and MS Office integration.

E_max, 05 Sep 2008This I-mate has proved to have a big mistake in the slide d... moreIf you are in australia a good place that does repairs on i-mate is www.mobilephonecare.com.au, they fixed mine after it got dropped in water for $35 best $35 eva spent considering it saved my jasjam.

I am new user of PDA (XDA Orbit 2).
I just want some good working softwares. Pls help me if you are using any good SW.
1)Command Promt( same working as PC CMD). I am network technician its very help to me.

This I-mate has proved to have a big mistake in the slide design.
My screen suddenly blanked off. Is there any way I can get it repaired?

I have had a jasjam since December 2007. I have had nothing but trouble with it since day one, it has currently been back for service for ongoing problems existed since day 1 the device is clearly faulty. So far they have had it for amonth and say they are fixing it (again) no replacing it, the customer service number is not helpful and gives me the runaround and cannot contact anyone of iprtance or authority. This is my last imate and will be my last one

imate jas jam is excelent to buy.but it depends on the user how they manage and work with its features.if you are an IT or good enough in electronics nothing to worry about its features even you have the worst phone you can upgrade the features to make its better...for all user that they are not happy what they are, don't buy this because i-mate is for IT user and genuis people only.

hey u jut need Active sync for the jas jam, don't need any drivers to install. go to the googles seach n search for Microsoft Actiive sync. n download the setup file on ur computer n then attach the data cable of u jas jam n u rr done!
Enjoy, this is the nice machine to work with, it really offers great functionality of a multimedia player n a powerful ppc. its lovely to type through its hardware keybord as m using in right now. every function is availabe over the key board too, to opeate all the functions n u merely need stylus to work with all ur documents.

Truly the god of all phones. On top of it being awesome, HTC go and offer everyone who owns one a free upgrade to Windows Mobile 6. Its on the HTC website if anyone is interested.

i'm having a problem about the windows media player..the library doesn't add up the music located in the storage card. i tried to update it manually by choosing update library on the menu but all it detects is the music on the device itself. what should i do about this?
