Please where can I take my i-mate jasjar pocket pc for repair in Nigeria. The screen of my i-mate jasjar pocket pc got broken and I have be searching for a centre in Nigeria where I can take it for replacement. Unfortunately, I'm yet to find one. Do you have any service centre in Lagos, Nigeria where I can take it for replacement?

Anonymous, 16 Jan 2011i have cleared the storage by mistake the phone is not work... moremy imate jasjar not working it will shut when unpluged and it will only work when the plug is connected battery shows 100% charged but not working please send me the suggestions thanks.

williams ofori, 01 Sep 2010can i connect my bluetooth handsfree? and how can i connect it.I have connected to my Jasjar the bluetooth headset HBH-DS970 but it works only for the telephone calling and receive/answer it, it works to start a calling with voice control, but it doesn't work with music. I have an old version of Windows 5.1

nathi, 30 Nov 2010my imate is got a problem my kid he delete a softwera so so... moreMake an HARD RESET, so it will back as new, but all the data will be deleted (I hope you have some backups). You can search how you can do an hard reset on the manual, or you can try pressing at the same time: reset (in the small hole) and two keys with the "line" near the display (function keys).
