Anonymous, 30 Oct 2013same problem my fone was working properly one day then batt... morejust boost the battery with direct charge or multicharge for while ,then put back in you're phone ,it will charge .

I pressed clear storage on my programs , now am failing to resume the screen , its instructing me to align the screen but am failing to do that .What do l do.

same problem my fone was working properly one day then battery died when i wanted to charge it it just wouldnt charge anybody that knows where to get the battery of K-jam

I am in a similar situation, the problem is no one seems to be selling K-Jam batteries anymore in South Africa?

Hi ther:I have the same I-mate K-jam windos mobile that you feature here. well im wana try and update my O.P and hard reset the hole phone, on that matter ill like to know how to if i hard reset will the system still work perfect with its O.P 5.0.Then if so how do i optain update my O.p?
pls help on this matter.

Still Using it
bought it again last year as it was found at a mobile shop
mine is cid unlocked

with 6.1 windows pro and tons of apps of my own choice
the best thing is i use it as a torch light in dark which is the best thing i believe i do..
however a hands free is missing which will made this phone perfect and a master piece for long distance calls.
i love it...its solid rock.....best ever made phones i still wanted to have

Motorola A1000
HTC P3600 and Touch Cruise
Nokia E90
and obviously i would add this Kjam( VIZA 200) also

then u can store your music directly to the sd card

ghostoflebanon, 26 Mar 2012for the one who want to buy a kjam dont buy it its not good... moreWell,I had one for three years,not even one problem,not once!A year ago I gifted it to a friend.It still goes on.Oh,and I had droped it more then a handful of times,spilled coffe on it,and beer also...It is still in more than good shape,apart from the battery,but its a more than four year old phone.On the other side,if you want to have a wizard in 2012,its a bit outdated...

i have a i mate k-jam phone when ever i go on internet
it tell me that the is low and switchs off if i wait for a few minutes and switch it on the battry is full
what can be the problem with the phone is it the battry or phone

i have a k jam imate phone when ever i want to make a call it keep on telling that the phone is off and when someone is calling my number it ring sometime it does not ring what can i do to solve this problem
