Hi all! I am a phone salesperson and I have sold a lot of this model. If you ask me is it a good phone...I have to say: Depends! Coz the QC of this phone is not as consistant as other mobile, so some customers have a lot of terrible problems whereas others have nothing wrong with it at all. I personally like this phone coz the value in it...but if u are shopping around for a smartphone...go for the SP3i...much better QC

      I bought this set after hearing from one of my friend. good mobile but i am unable to find any microsoft product in it (Word,Excel etc) where are these? or from where i can get them? please help me otherwise it is just a piece of crab for me and i think it is not wise to buy such a expensive device as a mobile phone only.

          I have this smartphone for 3 months, and is the better mobile than never i buy. I buy this mobile with a GPS bluetooth and is superb, incredible, is the best. You can watch divx films ( until 4 films of 2 hr. in a 512mb sd card), finally, the best mobile. (sorry my english im spanish user)

            total crap!. I have this phone for 10mths. I have had 1 total replacement,2 repairs and it has another fault. Talk about the bleeding edge.

                Next to PDA cellular phones, this maybe the best handheld phone ever made. With its superb internal memory and an MMC/SD card slot, a VGA cam and recorder, infrared and bluetooth connectivity, 65T TFT screen, and microsoft powered software, what can you ask for.
