ali, 21 Jan 2009cant formatgo to accessories folder and open it there u will find an option called clear storage. Click that option and enter the code 1234 your phone will restart and starts installing fresh operating system after the process is complete set the options according to your convinient.

juzer, 24 Oct 2008i cant receive any files through bluetooth as it says low m... moreyou can NOT transfer files directly to your memory card. that's one of the disadvantage of sp5

Sync with microsoft active sync never worked using bluetooth. you must you usb cable, and not bluetooth. (i know they have mentioned the same in the manual, but does not work.) normal file transfer using bluetooth works.
