i have i-mate 8502.the thing is the life of the battery is too short.one thing anyone can help me how to remove the PIN number because really i dont know why this phone is asking for PIN even if i didnt enter or activate the PIN.honestly i dont have a PIN number.Everytime my phone is going to low battery asking for PIN so i just remove the battery to switch on the phone...anyone can help me for this inquiry..thanks

I got a imate ultimate 8502, the signal on network always gets the signal as exclamation mark(!) with no network service on the phone. Help needed...!

I purchased in Aug'09...got problem in dec'09 it became dead all of a sudden...gave it to my dealer for repair ....though it was under 6 months warranty it took 25 days to repair ...reason they were telling was Company is closed & so we cant get support.....
