Bro, this cellphone is bad, I only play Free Fire but it immediately heats up and makes lag when playing. Moreover, when playing Mobile Legends, it's almost as hot as a radioactive nuke

Bought it 6 months ago, very disappo... morei never got any ad jn my phone and yes i disabled the palm store app, the app sometimes get enabled automatically only 1 time in 1 month,then i disbable it again,and you can use earphone if you Don't like the speakers,earphone sound is very good,battery also good

I use this phone since 2023-2024,its only have one speaker, but the speaker not on bottom, but it on top, that make me feel uncomfortoble, AND its very lag if i play game likes roblox or others

Honestly, this Infinix Hot 11 Play does not support USB OTG. I have opened every corner on its settings, there is no OTG support. Also, I downloaded an app to check if there is otg support, however, the result is "not supported".

the only downside for me is just the palmstore wont stop sending ads notification, i remove the permission for notification, but 3-4 weeks later the notification turned on its own somehow. i tried to deactivate the palmstore app, but even the ads notification still popping up, and then another 3-4 weeks later the app getting activated by itsown somehow? its just annoying to see the unswipeable notification.

Do not buy this phone. Bought it 6 months ago, very disappointing. A lot of bloatware is pre-installed. Advertisements! ads start playing on the phone itself. You cannot force-stop or disable the "palm-store app which is aggravating as it starts playing ads automatically.
Speaker quality is way poor. Sound control doesn't work. Screen touches itself and hangs. WiFi gets disconnected and won't reconnect unless you restart. Shuts off the sim-card it self.

Juan Mikael, 29 Sep 2023performance is the 4/10 in rate, somebody say it is lagging but bruh its only 5k in peso💀 dont expect high graphics for your daily games.this phone is not made for hard games,but you can play hardgame like 2k20 in low graphics,it so smooth and the camera is slightly ok all natural color.and this phone is 10/10 overall perfect for its price in 2021 but now you have more choice's in infinix better than that.

The specs match the price of this phone, so you guys are really funny for complaining, seriously, I have this as my backup phone and its fine honestly, it does what a phone this price can do. If you want better cam, or play genshin, or record videos, look somewhere else.
