The battery is good, the display... moreIn that case, the problem is the fingerprint hardware itself. It is easily replaceable, and should still be able to find a replacement online.
Had the same issue with mine, bought a new one online, replaced the old one, then boom got the option to show up on my security settings after.

Anonymous, 01 Jan 2024I don't know why everyone saying that it's really... moreNot necessarily bad. But the main issue us that they aren't giving android 12 or later...it is still running android 11. And it might brick if played heavy games. Happened in my case.

Not good phone to buy because just after my warranty ended my phone battery is dead I have to pay rs1400 to change the battery. And it also have many software issues . Think 100 times before buy. Because you have to use it

Hello everyone.. i am infinix hot 11s user..i have this problem about my phone.. i buy it last 2021.. it is a good phone... Affordable phone but with higher specs.. i bought it in very good condition... i set up 70 to 100 © brightness it is super white.. but now.. i have experience this brownish white display .. even though it is already 100% brightness.. our phone is not a amoled display which is this symptoms happens to all amoled display.. our phone is IPS display... What happened to my phone? Anybody can answer me.. ? Tanx

Hardware as per price is great...
The problem is software. I mean;
i) There's not even a single major android update. It was launched at android 11 and is still at android 11...

My first infinix phone.
The battery is good, the display and os smoothness is good. What I don't like about this phone is the software of its OS. They're just too many and not even helpful. I once got an update and after than my fingerprint was gone. They also don't have good support, I wasn't able to get to talk to someone on a phone call to discuss even troubleshooting with.

I have been using this phone (infinix hot 11s) since 2021 till date without any form of updating, and i have never exprience any problem or lag. The battery is still strong though, it takes much time to charge to compare other new phones out there. The audio quality is good, the camera is also good. The plastic body is so lovely. I have been using it without pouch and there is no atom of scratch on the body, though i handles the phone like uncooked egg because i so mush love it.

Can anyone tell me more differences between Infinix Hot 11s and the Infinix Hot 11s NFC? Like more differences than the release dates and the NFC feature
